How does it work?
Students are split into teams and are tasked with setting up a mini-company and generating a business idea. Over the following months we run a series of workshops that give the students the skills they need to bring that company to life.

What are the workshops you deliver?
- Business start-up – learn how to write a business plan to get funding, write a compelling mission statement and create your own company
- Project management – Learn how to go for an idea all the way through to the delivery of a major project, learning al the skills needed to bring to life your own company ideas!
- Leadership – Learn how lead, inspire and motivate yourself and other. Set goals, create a compelling vision of the future and work as team
- Time management – Every wondered how successful people get so much done? Learn the secrets of great time management NLP basics – Learn how to control your own state and how to stay positive, motivated and full of energy when you need it the most
- The entrepreneurial mind set – Study the legends of modern business, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Warren Buffet and more Marketing - How are you going to get your great idea out there and inform your potential customers. Learn how to market your newly created company
- Sales – You can have best ideas in the world or the best products but they are wasted if you don’t know how to sell them. Learn how to sell
- Negotiation – Learn strategies and techniques that you can use to broker your companies first deals. Learn how to negotiate win/win deals
- Presentation skills – you are going to have to pitch your business idea to real business owners, throughout your career you will have to pitch and present ideas and your ability to present your self is one of the deciding factors of how successful you will be
What is a mentoring day?
Each mini company will get time with a business coach and directed feedback on their project, their business plan and any questions they may have answered by an experienced professional. Do you ant to give your students access to experienced business professionals?
