ADDynamics has two core products; either in-house training were we run bespoke courses at your offices or 7 day external courses that individuals can book onto.
ADDynamics recognises that not every business can afford to send staff away for weeks at a time on training courses. We have designed a package of training to break down the professional Neuro Linguistic Programming qualification into 4 two day modules than can be run at your office. The benefit of this flexible approach to training is that business can still go on around the training hours, allowing your staff to remain productive, even whilst training.
According to one study 80% of all training is lost after two weeks without management follow up. We remove the need of management follow up by doing it for you. We will come in 2 weeks after each module to do a coaching session with your staff. We will review what was covered in the previous module and discuss ways in which the skills learnt have been implemented so far and deal with any implementation questions.
